LionHeart is F45’s in-studio gamification platform where a points system, with a compatible LionHeart heart rate monitor, encourages you to stay above 70% of your max heart rate to hit the goal of 45 points! Shortly after class finishes you can view and share performance reports showcasing min and max heart rate, calories burned and LionHeart points. Don’t have a LionHeart heart rate monitor?
